Refund & Cancellation Policy

Hearing Services:
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a £30 cancellation fee.
- Deposits for hearing aid fittings are non-refundable once custom devices are ordered.
Aesthetic & IV Treatments:
- Cancellations within 24 hours: Deposit non-refundable
- No-shows may be charged the full appointment cost.
Refunds:
- Refunds are only available in cases of faulty products or medical ineligibility confirmed by a clinician.
- A consultation is required before processing any refund requests.
